Not sure if there are too many jim, think your looking at it the wrong way People dont think its crap to start with. They think its good, get stuck in and find out abit more.

Maybe find abit they think could be improved and have an idea on it, being a member of the community they want to help and put forward their ideas. (ask what you can do for UKMD.?? as said)

Surprised people had not read that before also jim, but i must say i didn't catch it on my first visit to the website, and once you have logged in it is gone.

there are too many "suggestion" threads on how the servers or the clan structure, or the banning process, or the recruitment process should be changed.

If it was that crap to start with, why want to join this community and why hang around long enough to be recruited in the first place?

Personally I was shocked recently at how many UKMDers didn't even know what "man down" stood for, It says it on the home page introduction

Not by any means saying it shouldnt or doesnt happen elsewhere. More pointing out that is the reason many probably dont bother. Broeder wanted people reasonings but that is likely why they dont, and they dont want to start another argument

i'm afraid mallada's probably right broeder. people do seem to be criticised for expressing negative opinions. also I think some guys have just left for no reason in particular, they just want to move on

heated threads do get locked, with a final word from a mod.

Think its more that people dont want to express their opinions anymore. Previous threads in the past that have involved chatter on things and got slightly heated have just been greeted with "thread locked" and buried. No more commented from those in charge and not open to discussion, so guess people dont see the point broeder

Don't ask what UKMD can do for you, ask what you can do for UKMD.

If members who are leaving would post the reason (not the "this community isn't what it was anymore when I joined") why they are leaving...
Post your issues, most of the recent leavers haven't posted any "this needs to be sorted" threads (correct me if I'm wrong).
You all can talk about it on steam/msn/etc, but it needs to be put in here...If it has been done, then continue do to so!
