Admin, TeamSpeak & custom skins are given to |UKMD| members in 'goodwill' as such I really don't expect for them to be abused and for common sense to be applied when using them.

I have set up some general guidelines, think of it as a 'code of conduct', in a nutshell:
1. Don't abuse the status or the access to services (eg, Admin, TeamSpeak etc) you have been given. 2. Don't be a complete nause or an annoying twat. 3. Remember the things you liked about |UKMD| before joining and ensure it that stays that way! 4. Racism & bulling will not be tolerated FULL STOP 5. Have serious gaming fun! If you aren't having 'fun', don't play! 6. Cheating by anyone will not be tolerated FULL STOP

Remember This.... Below I have set out a few simple guidelines when using your privileges, noting that I am adding these for clarification, because YOU came to OUR server and enjoyed it and now WANT to be PART OF the |UKMD| experience.
Player Abuse Just because you have admin rights, you are nothing special. Don't abuse normal players by kicking, slapping, freezing and so on, however feel free to abuse other |UKMD| members because they can fight back.
Be Nice! Actively welcome new players, remember you were new to the server once as well!
Uneven Teams We have a tool called ETB an team balancer that sorts the teams out based upon SKILL, there is absolutely no reason for ANY |UKMD| member to force another player to the apposing team. Or wine about it for that matter.
Custom Admin Sounds While these can be great fun, please don't spam they every 2 seconds, its dam annoying!
Maps & Server Rotation There is an auto map chooser at 3 minutes to the end of a map, its the most diplomatic way of changing maps! If you want a specific map added to the rotation, see the forums.
Player Pings The servers ping kicker will kick players over ~120ms, there is no need for an admin to do it, as it may only be temporary while the user is downloading something. Like we all do!
Player Rates The CS:S default is rates of 30/20. If a player has this or better there is no need to nag them. Improve your aim instead of winging at them.Also it surprises me how many people moan about this, have no idea what impact they have and also have NO access to the commands to find out what they are exactly.
AFK (Away From Keyboard) Yep we all get the call of nature, no need to kick or moan about em. The servers AFK system will auto move them IF required.
Cheaters If someone is blatantly cheating, open the console type ma_users grab their steam ID (looks like STEAM_0:XX:XXXXXXX) and record it, kick them and then PM (private message) or post it here in the forums and I will then ban them permently.We also have a dedicated thread specifically aimed towards cheaters and recording them: Here If an |UKMD| Community Member is caught cheating they will receive the same punishment as a non member, expect to be banned from the community and thousands of gaming servers worldwide. |UKMD| has a zero tolerance policy on cheating
Admin Abuse I've run gaming servers for around 5 years now and I am quite tolerant to admins being plonkers, however do not push your luck. Those admin rights will disappear faster than you got them. (like I have done to certain members recently)Another note here is that repeatedly slapping someone is actually flooding the server and is in fact an attempt to attack the server itself via DoS (Denial of Service).
If you see an admin being a pratt, note the exact time and day and let me know. The server logs are ON.
Matches Where ever possible and if you want to, we can get you to play in a match, whether that be a inter-clan match (|UKMD|only), PCW (Pre Clan Match, a kind of 'friendly') ClanBase or EnemyDown. While doing so, you are representing ALL OF US, so keep it tight and if you have an issue take it up with the match admin AFTERWARDS, bitching in game is a real no no!
TeamSpeak TS can be an asset to a clan, especially in matches and to 'hang out' with other members, however such things as racism, bulling and being a complete arse will not be tolerated. A Guide to TS can be found here

I agree, but would like to know if the old MX rules still apply? it used to be that an admin could abuse another admin e.g. slap,freeze or drug a player because the other admin had the ability to get his own back by doing the same. Is this still the case?...
also ive lost a lot of my admin abilities ( unable to give cash on public server) not sure if this is due to me uninstalling then reinstalling halflife and steam or if they've been removed for another reason.
