Instead of { and }, use [and]. I've used the {} because otherwise the text won't show.
1: Get the video code: youtube.com/watch?v=ndNsEi5EUK0 by highlighting & copy
This is the url without the www part because the text won't show else...
2: type this: {yt.400,.400}{/yt}
3:paste the videocode between the }{, so it'll look like this:

1 more important thing: every . in that line is a space!!
