Yes, there are currently 3 of us from the south east, and at the moment, it looks like i'm driving/my dad's dropping us off. He has no problem with it, so the more the merrier in my opinion

Gotta remember the servers are currently costing £220+ a month to keep running, so I'm not sure we'd be able to convince Moggie to pay that large a sum, or really expect him to tbh. . . It does need sorting out though.

Megahurtz..that is a greate ideea ..and the thing about geting a hall is good but think about one thing tho is that most of the halls dont have enough poweroutlets.and on a 16 amper fuse you can get out 2200 watts if the out put is 220volts wich means that if we use extara contacts whit mor outlets will over lode the fuses..and it well get black ..a pc uses about 500 watts all together.wich means that its abit broplematic to get juce to all the pc..am i right? i am onley an amoture at this things but i am rebuilding my house so i know abit about it. but the ideer of meeting those that could not come is good.. Tbh, while it still sounds like an uber cool idea to me, and i can see we tried to sort this out for this year, if Moggie put it off till next summer, it'd be better, because it'll take a heck of a lot of planning, and lets everyone sort out their own things, put it in their diaries etc. . .

The price of the place would be £1,500 + vat = £1,762.50
How long would this be for (Friday night to Sunday night?) How many people could attend? Would this also include relevant staffing ? Would this include a bar on site (for those old enough/ look old enough)? Would it also include somewhere for people to 'doss down' and get some sleep?
If it does then all we gotta do is start a new thread, showing this info and it be first come first serverd for the places at whatever price?
