oo, so close? awesome, I think it could turn out well, but i highly doubt my parents will let me.

Reason 1: Too Young (could be countered with come with me!)

Reason 2: Too far (that could be countered with Wolf taking me, but then that would start an argument about..)

Reason 3: Strange interweb peoples that could steal me. (er, i dont know how to counter that one >.<)

Reason 1: Yeah, The age does seem to get everyone . . . (That seems like a good idea tbh )

Reason 2: No worries for me or my dad (depends who'd drive. I have a 7 seater car, so that'd work out well , then. . .)

Reason 3: DAMN IT! How did they know?!

And, Megahurtz, i'm sure that'll be fine. It's along the route anyways (i think :S) If not, no worries in taking a little detour. I'd pay my dad hansomely (or myself )

Anyone else travelling from the South East I can meet up with? Otherwise it's a 3:30 train journey on my own

Ahahaha.
Corrrr.
Read the full thread?

Yes, there are currently 3 of us from the south east, and at the moment, it looks like i'm driving/my dad's dropping us off.
He has no problem with it, so the more the merrier in my opinion

Pfft, who actually reads threads anymore?

I'm in Horsham, West Sussex so it's a bit out of the way if you're in Kent

Train would cost ~£60 return so if I could meet someone halfway or something that would be awesome...

Sort it all out closer to the time though

Good point there Dec1211. I've actualy read all of this! Mind you, only so i can keep up with everything lol.
Like i said, i don't mind taking anyone lol.
I reckon, if this DOES go ahead then we aught to have a dedicated subboard in the forums to see how everyone's getting there >.<

for those of you who aren't in the habit of getting trains

1. find your rail service providers website or nationalrail website
2. book as early as possible
3. 2 singles is often cheaper than a return

when i went to manchester i paid £96 for an open return 'cause i didn't know this :'(

Alright guys, since we haven't heard anything from Moggiex in a while on this post i just thought i'd like to point out what Moggiex was saying on Cs:s earlier on today. . .

"It's around 1500 plus vat"
That's to rent out the place. . .

That's an awful lot of money, and i'm sure |UKMD| doesn't really have that kinda money to spare. . .

wh-wha? 1500?????? thats over 9000!!!

but seriously? wuh teh fuh? soo 1500 plus VAT... well i see 22 votes in "yes" and 34 in "mebbe" and if we say only the 22 people go, everyone needs to pay.. £68.18, and im sure some more will say "shur!" and some of the "mebbes" will come, so it could be quite small overall..

mebbe..

Good point there Oddball.
Sure. i'd be willing to pay in excess of £100 or more. . . But i'm sure everyone can't afford that.
As i've mentioned before, we'll need Moggie, and maybe a crack team of admins to sort this out thoroughly, or look for somewhere else :/

Gotta remember the servers are currently costing £220+ a month to keep running, so I'm not sure we'd be able to convince Moggie to pay that large a sum, or really expect him to tbh. . .
It does need sorting out though.

I do agree with Mitzi, but it's going to take a lot of dedication, from a lot of people, including the ol' Mogs 'imself. . . I still suggest we let Moggie decide what's best, and then start sorting through lists of dedicated people . . . .
