this is another way of looking at it Team MX equals 'team mandown', the team bit is self explanitory, we're a team of noobs, the 'M' stands for man, which alot of us are (apart from the women, but nobody says 'woman down' or 'woman overboard, but maybe peolpe should' and the 'X' bit with the funny squiggle stands for down. Down as in crossed out. Because an X also looks like a cross.
If you want to post a pic find the pic you like save it and google an image hosting site there are a few around. Open up the file click upload and then it will do so and give you a load of links for various things, pick the forum one and copy and paste into your reply and voila
