I have a verry nasty tendancy to speak very directly and not beat around the bush combined with a very bad few days and i can tell from your post that you have interpreted it it as i feared people might.

This is not a "flounce" in a throw my hair back and slam the door kinda way, more me sumbling my way into saying i dont really think i want a UKMD that that much that i am happy to put in another 2 months of hardcore relationship destroying TF2 to get ? does that make sense.

2 Months is not the longest victim length by a long shot.

By the very nature of our recruitment its going to matter that you are on when the recruitment happens, the fact you weren't recruited on tuesday is just hard luck, blame the slot reservation for that ( maybe a reason to contribute ) and just stick with it a couple more weeks. You've not put a foot wrong so far so its not that anyone has anything against you. Active on the forums, and on the server and very likeable from what I've. Why let this put you down when there are only 2 people that can give you clan access on the forums and on the servers, and they are both VERY busy, so have patience.

I appreiciate that you feel this way, and a part of me can sympathise with you but......
im my eyes , at least, being a victim is still like being part of UKMD anyway and is part of the fun, you dont need to put relationships in the real world in jepordy, thats not what we want, we want you to have fun.
There is no set time limit to being a victim and others have been victims for a lot longer, i understand that you feel agreived for being missed out of last nights recruitathon, and can say that there hasnt been as many recruitments over the last couple of months due to a busy work and crimbo time. which resulted in a larger than average swoop.
It had been noticed that you were missed out and it was being brought to the appropriate peoples attention.
You dont beat around the bush and you speak your mind , thats fine, but i just think that if you throw your toys out of the pram now then it would be a shame.

Thank goodness I checked the forums when I came home tonight, and also another thank goodness you've reversed your decision (hadam/tele/nick for UN negotiators)!!

As has said, being a |victim| is all part of the fun anyway without any of the community responsibility (oh wait that what I've got ) and some of the UKMD peeps have taken an age before they got to UKMD tag status. I'm damn sure that this was really a hole in net situation and I for one certainly want you to hang in there a little longer so we can get you in this noob community of ours.

I know this is easy for me to say as I lucked out yesterday, but hang in there dude. Being a VICTIM IS being part of the community.
