Now that 1 of the biggest office only servers in the UK is going down the toilet Eternal Gaming (Egc). I thought of the thing that UKMD servers lack and thats the Office Map and office 24/7 server and i reckon Lots of people agree, for example just today i was on the 36 man server having a convosation with some Ex-Egc gamers plus some regular UKMD gamers and community members and there was positive feedback and suggestions about whether UKMD should get a New CS_OFFICE 24/7 server.

Taking into account how some servers barely get used as it is another one im not sure about, although i do like Office but only as an escape from the constant dust map after dust map after dust map.

Don't know why i voted lol i only play on the main server haha

I heard from 1 of my mates who is a regualar gamer there that the leader was losing like £135 per month on server and also 4 admins who paid monthly for full admin privs went and perm banned over 200 people including a few UKMD members and lots of regulars to the server

Not really a fan of dedicated servers, i like variety which is why I play main server, but I do understand the need for dedicated servers. Office is a popular server so it would probably work, although I like the office_unlimited on the noob server.

i think another server would be fun but a dedicated server will be not used or even used too much and the main server will not be used. If the server could be a map suggestion server that might be a good way for a public vote for a new map or not.
it might be a good place to test for fight nights but I don't think many people will like my ideas.

Well it could always be put on a trial because those gungame servers are very hardly used...But I personally would make them down too smaller fun map server or something like that.

Just looking at the servers i got on my faves, and I noticed we have 2 gg servers
1 is hardly ever used, and the 2nd i occasionally see 1/2 people using...

yeah I reckon that if office only went on trial for a bit and if no-one goes on it/bad comments then fair enough it shouldnt be a permenant feature.

i think that having it in rotation would be enough.
then there would be an office map on both the main servers (with backup lego alternatives just in case xD)
i reckon having a server for just the 1 map might be a bit much =/
just my 2p though, as per =P


come to the TMP, only it can save you.

well, tbh I can't see whats wrong with trying it for a little bit, zombie maps are very popular and can be night and day and barely get any haxors on them.

fun maps can be fun but can't garuntee a full server.

If you have 2 servers with hardly anyone using it then surely its worth trying. Office is a popular maps as are most of the originals. Or maybe a server which only plays original maps e.g. dust, dust2, office, cobble, train.

I thought that the whole point of the n00b heaven server was to play original maps?
