I can record my movies all good in source recorder everything's smooth

But when i play the demo back it plays as if its been fast forwarded.

basically the video plays like its been speeded up ALOT

Anybody know how to solve this?

Probably a shot in the dark...:

Is this the demo thingy that's in CS:S?
I know there is somesort of control-device ? Maybe the FF button is stuck?
Or the recording sttings ( I dont know where that is..) are spooked?
