What direction of the fan flow is correct the one away from back of the case or the other looking @ it (image 1 or 2) ![]() ![]() Also as my dear friend gave me 4 sticks of DDR2 memory when i installed the MB and start to read the user I realise that this stupid MB can support DDR2 and DDR3. So that would not be sum problem IF my precious MB had 4 DDR2 slots but not it have 4 DDR3 slots and only 2 DDR2 so now I have to buy 2 DDR2 with 2Gb or I must buy DDR3. I think I will get DDR2 coz DDR3 is very expensive and I don't have money atm.

Got blunt?![]() ![]() Registered Member #318 Joined: Sat Aug 11 07, 01:58PMYour Location: England Posts: 495 | Well maj just a quick response but in the case of my intel stock cooler, the fan on my stock duo blows air into my cpu, mine blows in opposite of yours, ie upwards not sideways but it has a exit fan at the top with a fan at bottom blowing cool air in. So i would reccomend the the fan is sucking in cool air to the heat spreader and your exit fan at the top would also be blowing the out of the case aswell(other one visable in picture) so id go for pic one, blowing air over heat spreader, and then out at the back of the case via other fan, hope this is what you want anyway. also ddr2, yer ddr3 is expensive I am 66% addicted to Counterstrike. The extra cost of ddr3 isn't worth it at the moment. ![]() .Tito\\\'s Law. - You can\\\'t fall off the floor

I would have the cooler facing the opposite way to your pic. Do you have a fan pulling or pushing from the front?
