I must say, I've been cheating on UKMD before I left, with a clan based community B2B, and I find them a spiffing bunch to play with.

so I wonder if you lot would like to have a UKMD vs B2B friendlies match with them, just for the laughs.

Their servers personally allow swearing, so I don't think we'd be able to host it on a B2B server, and if we do do it, they'd have to moderate our language if it went onto a UKMD server, as UKMD seems to have a few servers running spare, and they're a bit short on funds atm.

so, I personally think it'd be good craic.*

I personally also would like to be on the B2B side of the match, if thats okay with you lot.

If the date is organised on a date you cannot make it, I appolagise, please inform me and I'll try change the date, if possible, if it isn't possible then I appolagise again, but choices have to be made

Of course the Teams will have to be of fair size, so it looks like the maximum we could get is a 9v9, Prefably one player for each class, so PM the list if you think your main class conflicts with their main class and see who wants it more or whatever. It may be easier to just select a UKMD captain for the match, and let him/her pick who does what, and listen to his/her tactics/ideas through the night.


If everybody could put down their prefered class aswell that'd be just tiffany, and I'll fill in the form above with it.

Although if we do end up doing this, I'd nominate Belly, since he has the manliest voice on team chat

If we end up doing a highlander match I'd prefer to play Soldier/Demo. (don't think with Mike and Dr. Nick around that I'd be the best scout pick, and while I wouldn't mind Medic-ing I'm slightly more aggressive than the average medic and might end up putting my foot in it. I'm rubbish at the other classes...)

As for team captain, I'd say whoever's playing Medic. The Medic has the ubercharge; the Medic decides when the team should push.

In that case...

GillBot's actually an excellent medic, I reckon he should do it

lol the team 'captain' doesn't sit there saying ok, drako go red room take out the spy, dr nick go get the soldier behind chicken coop etc
it's not a regimental manouevre we're they're to ahve fun, not compete in a professional tournament
(And the medic only sees one small part of the map anyway, scouts/snipers/spies are in the best position to know what's going on everywhere

I didn't say you have to do a Team captain, I'm just throwing ideas out there for you lot. At the moment, would anybody like to step foward to organise for UKMD, as I'll be organising for B2B.

as I'm kind of in the middle, I seem to have become organiser for both, which really I can barley organise me personally never mind two clan based communities

looks like it'll be Highlander, so if you could figure out a way to limit it to nine people that'd be great. if not I'll use my online name-picker and it'll be done by random.

Well seen as nobody has made a push for the pyro position I'll do so. Although I'm open to playing whatever position is required... as long as it isn't sniper or spy, I'm hopeless at them.

uhh... Snipers? No offense but snipers usually don'T know what's going on except for their like 30° view angle ahead. I could prove that on countless ones. Even you Belly

On topic: as said before, preferrably Soldier, and if you're going to put me as pyro/engineer/sniper/spy I will gladly give up my place to somebody who CAN play those classes.
